At Bean Sprouts, we provide care that connects children with where we live, who we are, and our communities both locally and globally. Curiosity and play are two of the most powerful tools of young children to learn and we create spaces that tap into and grow these through the stories, ideas, and questions that emerge.
Our team is made up of highly trained and experienced professionals who are passionate about working with children. We cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and we are always looking for ways to enhance our services and better meet the needs of the families we serve.
Our program is a emergent curriculum program. This means that topics focused on arise through the interactions and interests our teachers and children connect with. Nadsly leads Spanish programming, while Claire leads our Arts and both are passionate about anything that gets the kids connecting with natural world.
We also offer evening care and weekend Spanish classes as well as our day program.
Operating out of a Vancouver Special, Bean Sprouts feels like a familiar space to many. A fenced yard with grass and children's garden area is available for year-round shared use. Our space is well maintained with pride.
